Meet Gratitude
The forge has shipped its first app. Gratitude is a small, calm space for a daily habit of noticing the good — and it is out now on the App Store.
The idea is deliberately tiny. Each day, Gratitude offers a gentle prompt. You write a line or two about what you are thankful for. That is the whole app. There are no streaks to guilt you into opening it, no feed to scroll, and no account to create before you can begin.
Your words stay yours
Gratitude runs entirely on your device. Your entries never leave your iPhone — nothing is sent to BituForge or to anyone else. If you want your notes on more than one device, you can turn on private iCloud sync, which keeps everything inside your own Apple account. There are no ads, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind. You can read exactly what that means on the app’s privacy policy.
Why we started here
Gratitude is the kind of app the lab likes to make: small, focused, and respectful of your attention. It was a good first thing to forge — simple enough to get right, and honest about what it does and does not do with your data.
If you give it a try, we would love to hear how it sits in your day. Email us at support@bituforge.co.uk.
More soon — there is plenty still in the forge.
